JayGee's Nook Challenge 11

Good Morning Crafty People,

It is the last Sunday in August (Aarhh!), which here at JayGee's Nook means a new CHALLENGE.  Joy has done it again with our inspiration photo, it is awesome (thanks Joy).  We would love for you to play along with us, and there is always a fabulous prize to be won ....

For my card this week, I used a technique that I have been wanting to try for a while.  First I embossed the flowers with clear embossing powder, then stamped the text ramdomly and then I sponged some colour over it all.  I masked off the bottom 2cm for the sentiment.  I then coloured the rhinestones and ribbon with my copics to match.

Stamps:  Larger than life (PTI), Background basics: text style (PTI), Find joy (Hero Arts)
Card:  X-press white, daffodil delight
Ink:  Daffodil delight, true black
Accessories:  Rhinestones (coloured with copics), 1/4" ribbon (PTI - coloured with copics), jute twine, vintage buttons

thanks for stopping by
and have a great day ...

xx Ange

Edit: I have also entered this card the Lily Pad Card 'resist' challenge HERE.
