I explained to my DH that it was 'World card making day' this weekend, so I would be spending a bit of time in the studio making cards for challenges and such....and he just laughed and said "isn't every day card making day".... It is nice that he understands LOL!

Card: Kraft, very vanilla, real read

Ink: Chocolate chip, baja breeze, versamark

Accessories: Chocolate twill ribbon, kraft tags, rustic twine

Polka Dot Paradise Colour Challenge

I have been following Ashley Newell's blog for some time. She is an amazing artist. This colour challenge is from her new online magazine called 'Embellish'. Check it out HERE and Ashley's personal blog HERE.

This is my third attempt to do this challenge, and even though these are not traditionally 'christmas colours', I thought it turned out ok. I think I will put this in for the 'Moxie Fab Challenge' as well.

Card: Apricot appeal, purley pomegranite, pumpkin pie and very vanilla

Ink: Purely pomegranite, apricot appeal, pumpkin pie and vintage cream

Accessories: Twill tape (SU!), Paris scissors (fiskars)
